These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of piindy.com, including its pages, vehicle listings, forms, financing resources, trade-in tools, appointment requests, messaging features, and other services available through the website (collectively, the "Website").

By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Website.

For purposes of these Terms, "Picasso Imports," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Picasso Imports, LLC, doing business as Picasso Imports.

1. Website Purpose

The Website is provided to help customers:

• Browse vehicles offered by Picasso Imports.
• View vehicle information, photographs, prices, mileage, features, and availability.
• Contact our dealership.
• Request information about a vehicle.
• Request or begin financing or prequalification.
• Submit trade-in information.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, information provided through the Website is for informational and shopping purposes and does not by itself create a binding sales, financing, lease, service, or purchase agreement.

2. Vehicle Listings and Availability

We make reasonable efforts to keep our vehicle inventory current and accurate. However, inventory can change quickly. A vehicle displayed on the Website may be sold, reserved, transferred, in transit, unavailable, or otherwise no longer available even though it remains visible on the Website.

Submitting an inquiry, financing request, trade-in request, appointment request, or other form does not reserve a vehicle. A vehicle is not considered sold or reserved to you solely because you contacted us through the Website.

Please contact Picasso Imports to confirm current vehicle availability before traveling to one of our locations.

3. Vehicle Information

We attempt to provide accurate information about each vehicle, including its year, make, model, trim, mileage, VIN, color, equipment, options, fuel economy, horsepower, features, photographs, vehicle status, location, and pricing.

Some information may be provided by vehicle manufacturers, VIN-decoding services, auction sources, previous owners, third-party databases, vehicle-history providers, or other external sources. Errors may occasionally occur.

Vehicle specifications, colors, options, equipment, mileage, photographs, descriptions, and other information should therefore be independently verified before purchase.

If Website information differs from the vehicle itself or the final signed transaction documents, the final transaction documents and legally required disclosures applicable to the transaction will control, subject to applicable law.

4. Pricing

Picasso Imports makes reasonable efforts to display accurate vehicle pricing.

Advertised vehicle prices must include all mandatory dealership-imposed charges. Applicable sales tax, title and registration charges, and other charges a government agency requires the buyer to pay may be additional, as disclosed on the applicable listing or offer and permitted by law.

Any documentary, processing, preparation, or similar fee that a customer must pay to purchase a vehicle must be included in the advertised price. These Terms do not authorize undisclosed mandatory charges.

Optional products and services are charged only when you choose and agree to purchase them. Any applicable financing charges will be disclosed in the financing documents.

Pricing or other information may occasionally contain typographical, technical, data-feed, administrative, or other inadvertent errors. We reserve the right to correct a genuine error before completion of a transaction, only as permitted by applicable law.

An advertised or displayed price does not, by itself, create a completed sales contract. This provision does not limit obligations arising under advertising or consumer-protection law.

The complete purchase price and itemized applicable charges will be reflected in the transaction documents provided for your review before signing.

5. No Online Purchase Contract Unless Expressly Stated

Browsing a vehicle, submitting a form, receiving an estimated payment, receiving a trade-in estimate, or communicating with Picasso Imports through the Website does not by itself create a contract for the purchase or sale of a vehicle.

A vehicle purchase is governed by the final documents executed in connection with the transaction.

6. Used Vehicles, Condition, and Warranties

Vehicles offered by Picasso Imports may be used vehicles and may have normal wear, prior repairs, cosmetic imperfections, mechanical conditions, or other characteristics associated with their age, mileage, and history.

Customers are encouraged to inspect vehicles carefully and may wish to obtain an independent inspection before purchase.

Any warranty or service-contract coverage is governed by the applicable Buyers Guide, warranty documentation, manufacturer warranty, service contract, and final transaction documents, subject to applicable law. A service contract is distinct from a warranty and is governed by its own terms.

Nothing on the Website modifies or replaces the Buyers Guide or any warranty disclosure required by law. If the Buyers Guide conflicts with the sales contract regarding warranty coverage, the Buyers Guide controls as required by applicable law.

General descriptions such as "excellent condition," "clean," or similar language do not replace vehicle-specific condition disclosures or warranty terms. Nothing in these Terms disclaims any express or implied warranty that applies by law and has not been lawfully disclaimed.

7. Vehicle History Reports

The Website may provide access to vehicle-history information or links to third-party vehicle-history providers such as CARFAX or similar services.

Vehicle-history reports are prepared using information obtained from third-party databases and sources outside Picasso Imports' control.

Picasso Imports does not independently guarantee that a third-party vehicle-history report contains every accident, repair, ownership event, title event, service record, or other event involving a vehicle.

Customers should review any available vehicle-history information and conduct whatever additional inspection or research they consider appropriate before purchasing a vehicle.

8. Financing and Prequalification

The Website may allow you to request financing information, submit a financing application, obtain a prequalification, or access financing services provided by financial institutions or third-party providers.

Submitting a financing request does not guarantee credit approval, a particular interest rate or APR, a particular monthly payment, a specific down payment, a particular loan amount, a particular loan term, or approval from any specific lender.

Financing terms depend on factors that may include creditworthiness, income, debt, vehicle selection, down payment, lender requirements, and other underwriting criteria.

Payment calculators, estimated payments, rates, and examples displayed on the Website are estimates unless expressly identified as a final offer.

Final financing terms will be contained in the applicable financing and transaction documents. You should carefully review those documents before signing them.

9. Trade-In Estimates

The Website may allow you to provide information about a vehicle you wish to trade.

Any trade-in value displayed or communicated through an online tool is an estimate unless Picasso Imports expressly provides a final written offer.

Actual trade-in value may depend on physical inspection, mileage, mechanical condition, cosmetic condition, vehicle history, title status, equipment and options, market conditions, and information not available through the online submission.

Picasso Imports may adjust or withdraw a preliminary trade-in estimate after inspecting the vehicle or discovering information that was inaccurate, incomplete, or unavailable when the estimate was generated.

10. Forms and Information Submitted to Us

When submitting information through the Website, you agree to provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge. You should not intentionally submit false, fraudulent, misleading, or unauthorized information.

Information submitted through contact forms, financing forms, trade-in forms, service forms, text requests, and other Website features may be processed by service providers that assist Picasso Imports in responding to customers and operating the Website.

11. Calls and Text Messages

If you provide a telephone number and request that Picasso Imports contact you, we may use that number to respond to your inquiry and communicate with you regarding the vehicle, appointment, service, financing inquiry, trade-in request, or other matter you requested.

Inventory and Website content may change without notice.

We may update vehicle descriptions, photographs, prices, availability, Website features, and other information when necessary.

Corrections to Website information do not modify a transaction that has already been completed except as permitted by the applicable transaction documents and law.

21. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when our Website, business practices, services, or legal requirements change.

The current version will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Changes will apply prospectively from the effective date of the revised Terms unless otherwise required by law.

Your continued use of the Website after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms as they relate to future Website use.

22. Governing Law

These Terms and your use of the Website are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where federal law applies.

They do not replace the documents governing a particular vehicle purchase, financing transaction, warranty, service contract, trade-in transaction, or other dealership transaction.

If these Terms conflict with a signed transaction document concerning a specific transaction, the transaction document will govern that transaction to the extent permitted by law.
