Upload only documents requested for your purchase or financing. Picasso Imports uses them to process your transaction. Your confirmed ID name appears in the notification email to info@piindy.com; documents are accessed through a protected link. Uploading does not authorize a credit check, and you can bring documents in person instead.

Use this service only after starting a vehicle purchase or financing request with Picasso Imports. Upload your own valid photo ID first, then only documents our team or your lender has requested. This service collects documents; it does not verify your identity, submit a credit application, authorize a credit report, or guarantee financing.
Picasso Imports will receive the documents and the name you confirm from your ID to help process your requested transaction. Authorized staff and service providers supporting this service can process them; relevant documents may be shared with the lenders you ask us to work with, or as required by law. This submission does not enroll you in marketing.
Your images are prepared and, when available, read on your device. They are uploaded only when you choose Send documents. We email info@piindy.com a notification with your confirmed first and last name in its subject and a sign-in-protected link, without document attachments. Names in email subjects may appear in email previews. Cloudflare provides hosting, encrypted storage and the anti-abuse check; Resend delivers the notification.
Temporary upload copies become inaccessible after 7 days and are deleted automatically. Copies needed for your transaction may be transferred to our dealership or lender records and retained under applicable recordkeeping requirements. This upload notice does not replace any financial privacy notice provided for your transaction.
Do not upload Social Security cards, full Social Security numbers, payment card numbers, passwords or banking login details here. Cover unrelated account numbers and unrelated transactions before scanning; leave the name, address, dates and amounts requested by your lender readable. Do not alter identity information on your ID. No online service can eliminate all security risks.
Uploading is optional. You may bring documents to the dealership instead. For privacy questions, corrections or deletion requests, contact info@piindy.com without attaching sensitive documents. Deletion requests remain subject to applicable recordkeeping requirements.

Start with your photo ID
Scan the front of your driver’s license or state ID, or your passport’s photo page. Use a flat surface, good light and no glare. Keep all four edges visible.

Confirm the first and last name exactly as shown on your ID. Name reading can make mistakes and does not verify identity.

Add only what was requested
Requirements vary by lender and transaction. Skip documents you were not asked to provide. For multi-page documents, add each relevant page under the same category.

Review, then send
Check that every page is readable, belongs to you, and was requested. The first page must show your valid photo ID.
