Picasso Imports respects your privacy. This policy explains how we handle information through our website, customer relationship management system (“CRM”), dealership services, and connected business accounts.
Information we collect
When you submit an inventory, financing, trade-in, contact, or service request, we collect the information you provide. This may include:
* Your name, email address, telephone number, address, and contact preferences. * Vehicle interests, appointment details, messages, and trade-in information. * Address, housing, employment, and income information submitted for pre-approval. * Your consent choices and records of communications with us. * Documents you choose to submit through a designated upload feature.
Information submitted through website chat or our website assistant may be recorded in our CRM so our team can respond.
Please do not enter Social Security numbers, payment-card details, passwords, or bank login information into general contact forms or chat.
Our website and service providers may also process IP addresses, browser and device information, pages visited, referring pages, timestamps, and security logs.
How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries, provide vehicle information, arrange appointments, evaluate trade-in requests, assist with requested financing, provide dealership services, maintain records, prevent misuse, and improve our website.
Where required, we obtain consent before sending promotional communications. Promotional consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing a vehicle or submitting an inquiry.
Separate financial privacy notices and lender disclosures may apply to financing transactions. This website policy does not replace those notices.
Facebook Page and CRM integration
When enabled and authorized by dealership staff, our Facebook integration publishes vehicle inventory announcements to the Picasso Imports Facebook Page. Posts may contain vehicle photographs, descriptions, pricing, mileage, location, and a link to the vehicle listing.
Automated inventory posts do not include customer contact information, financing applications, private messages, or uploaded customer documents.
To operate the connection, we process the authorized Page identifier, Page access token, publication identifiers, and publishing status or error information. Access tokens are maintained as server-side credentials and are not displayed publicly.
Visitors do not need to sign in to Facebook to use our website. We do not request visitors’ Facebook passwords.
If you contact us through Facebook, we may use the information you provide to respond and maintain records of your inquiry. Our inventory-publishing connection does not itself automatically import private messages or customer profiles.
Meta handles information on its services under its own Privacy Policy.
Google Business Profile integration
When enabled and authorized, our Google Business Profile connection retrieves dealership review information for review management and website display. This may include business account and location identifiers, review identifiers, reviewer display names, ratings, review text, dates, and dealership replies.
We maintain authorization credentials securely on the server. Website visitors do not need to provide Google passwords.
Google API information is used for the disclosed review features. We do not sell it, use it for personalized advertising, or use it to determine creditworthiness or lending eligibility. Access and sharing are limited to authorized operation of these features and permitted security or legal purposes.
An authorized account holder can revoke the connection through their Google Account permissions and contact us about information already retained. Revoking access does not itself delete existing records.
Google’s own services are governed by its Privacy Policy.
When we share information
Authorized dealership personnel and service providers may process information as needed for hosting, CRM operation, communications, security, document handling, and dealership services.
When you request financing assistance, relevant information may be provided to financing providers or lenders, subject to applicable disclosures and authorization.
We may disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, investigate misuse, or maintain security. Additional restrictions described in the Google integration section apply to Google API information.
Text-message opt-in information and consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing. Providers supporting message delivery may process information necessary to provide that service.
Cookies and website choices
We use cookies or similar browser storage for essential functionality, security, and remembering your preferences.
Where optional features require consent, including marketing or third-party chat features, you can accept or decline them through our consent controls. You can revisit your choices using Cookie settings in the website footer.
Declining optional features does not prevent you from browsing available inventory or contacting us. Browser settings may provide additional controls, although blocking essential storage can affect website functionality.
Calls, texts, and marketing preferences
We may contact you about requests you submit using your chosen contact method and any consent required by law.
You can reply STOP to opt out of text messages or contact us to update your communication preferences. Message and data rates may apply.
Marketing opt-out requests do not prevent communications required by law or other permitted communications concerning an existing transaction.
Document uploads
Use designated secure upload features when providing requested documents. Review the notice displayed with the upload feature for its purpose, access arrangements, and retention period.
Temporary document copies submitted through our document-scanning feature are scheduled for deletion after seven days. Records separately transferred to dealership or lender systems may be retained for transaction, recordkeeping, or legal purposes.
Do not attach sensitive documents to an ordinary privacy-request email. If verification requires additional information, we will explain how to provide it appropriately.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including responding to requests, completing transactions, maintaining required records, resolving disputes, and preventing fraud.
Retention periods vary according to the information, purpose, and applicable obligations. Google API information is also subject to applicable Google retention and deletion requirements.
We use safeguards including encrypted connections, access controls, and protected server-side credentials. Access is limited according to operational needs. No website or transmission method can guarantee complete security.
Privacy requests and Facebook data deletion

Please provide:
* Your name and a contact method where we can respond. * The name and email address or telephone number used when interacting with us, if different. * For a Facebook-related request, the relevant Facebook profile or account display name and, if known, the Page name, Page link, or Page ID. * The approximate interaction date and relevant post, inquiry, or other reference, if available. * A description of the information or action your request concerns.
Provide only the details needed to locate the relevant records.
Do not send passwords, access tokens, App Secrets, Social Security numbers, payment-card details, or sensitive documents with your request.
We will review your request and take reasonable steps to verify your identity or authority before disclosing, changing, or deleting information. Verification may include matching details against our existing records or contacting you through a contact method already associated with the records. We will request only information reasonably necessary for verification.
After verification, we will locate relevant records, assess the request, and make applicable corrections or delete information eligible for deletion. Where appropriate, we will instruct service providers handling that information on our behalf to assist.
We will respond within the period required by applicable law and explain the outcome. If information must be retained for legal, transaction-record, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes, we will explain the applicable limitation.
Disconnecting an app or business account does not automatically delete information already held by Picasso Imports. Deleting our records does not necessarily delete information independently held by Meta or Google; their respective privacy controls govern those records.
Policy updates
We may update this policy as our services or practices change. The latest version will appear on this page with its update date. Where required, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent before introducing a new use of information.
