Four ways to protect the drive
GWC offers four vehicle service contract levels. Availability depends on the vehicle and program; the signed contract controls what is covered.
Highest level
GWC's broadest level covers eligible vehicle components except items specifically excluded by the contract.
Broad coverage
Named-component coverage across a wide range of major vehicle systems, building on the Essential and Powertrain Plus levels.
Core systems
Adds selected vehicle systems and components to the foundational Powertrain Plus protection.
Foundation
GWC's base level focuses on eligible major powertrain components and specified supporting systems.
What protection can include
Depending on the level selected, coverage can include the systems below. Not every item is included in every plan.
Help beyond the repair
Eligible GWC contracts can include practical support while a covered repair is being handled. Limits and availability vary by contract.
Up to $100 per mechanical breakdown when the repair is covered.
Emergency towing, jump-start help, fuel delivery, spare-tire assistance and more, subject to contract terms.
Up to $50 per day for as many as five days on an eligible covered repair.
Up to $250 per day for as many as three days on eligible covered repairs more than 50 miles from home.
Some restrictions apply. Convenience benefits and maximums vary by contract, and some are not available with Powertrain Plus. Review the contract for complete terms.
More vehicles can qualify
GWC programs may be available for specialty uses and vehicle types that many drivers assume are difficult to cover.
